Firm Desk and CA practice-management software: what each costs
Practice-management software for Indian CA firms typically costs ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 a year for five users. Firm Desk from Filingo is ₹4,999 a year for five logins with unlimited clients, and does one job: a monthly compliance board across all clients. Full practice-management suites do more, including tasks, billing, document storage and portal sync, so they suit firms that need those.

Common questions
- Is Firm Desk a full practice-management system?
- No. It tracks which filing is pending, in progress, done or overdue for every client each month, and who is handling it. It does not do time sheets, billing, document storage or automatic fetching from government portals.
- Why is it cheaper?
- It does less, and the tools that feed it run in the browser at almost no cost to us. If you need task management, invoicing or portal sync, a full suite is the better fit.
- Does any plan charge per client or per GSTIN?
- No Firm Desk plan does. Pricing is flat per firm and the client count is unlimited on every paid plan.
- How current are these prices?
- They were read from each vendor's public pricing page on 18 September 2026 and exclude GST. Vendors change prices and run offers, so check their page before deciding.
