Paid plans only: when a spreadsheet's column headings are unfamiliar, AI works out which column is which and asks you only about the ones it is not sure of. Each use is paid for, so it is not on Free. On every plan the tools match the usual headings themselves, and you can always pick a column by hand.
Why are the tools free? They run in your browser, so they cost us almost nothing. Your PDFs and spreadsheets never reach our servers.
What am I paying for? Room to run the whole practice on it: every client on the board, every bill in one series, every notice on the register, and a login for each person in the office.
How does this compare? Practice-management software for five users starts around ₹6,000 to ₹7,000 a year. Firm is ₹4,999, and the tools come with it.
What is stored? Your login, your client list, and what you record: status marks, fee invoices, notices and registers. Never client documents, never portal passwords.
