AI notice reply drafter

Paste a GST or income-tax notice. Get the points, the documents to gather and a reply draft that never invents a citation.

Before anything is sent

It never cites a case, circular or notification that is not in the notice, and flags anything that looks like one.

IN SHORT

The AI notice reply drafter reads a GST or income-tax notice and returns what it alleges point by point, the documents to gather, and a formal reply draft with placeholders for missing facts. Before sending, it replaces PAN, GSTIN, TAN, Aadhaar, phone and account numbers with placeholders in your browser; it never cites a case, circular or notification that is not in the notice, and flags anything that looks like one. One free draft a month after logging in, more on paid plans.

STEP BY STEP

How it works

  1. Paste the notice text, or load the PDF: it is read in your browser.
  2. Add your stand in a line or two, choose which names to hide, and check exactly what will be sent.
  3. Tick the consent box and draft. Review the points, fill every [placeholder], and verify anything flagged in red before you use the reply.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Does it make up case law?
It is instructed never to cite a court or tribunal decision, circular or notification that is not in the notice or your notes, and every draft is scanned for anything that looks like one. Anything found is flagged in red for you to verify or delete. Indian courts have set aside orders that relied on invented judgments, so treat any authority as unverified until you have read it.
What is sent, and to whom?
Only the text you see in the preview, after PAN, GSTIN, TAN, Aadhaar, phone, email and account numbers are replaced with placeholders. It goes to OpenAI's API. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models, and keeps abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. The PDF itself is never uploaded, and nothing is sent until you tick the consent box.
How many drafts can I make?
Three a month free after logging in; up to 50 on Solo, 150 on Firm and 300 on Firm Plus, per firm per month.
Can I file the draft as it is?
No. It is a first draft for a qualified professional. Fill the placeholders, check every fact against the client's records, and verify each provision marked 'verify'.
