Refund and cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every tool is free, and Firm Desk is free for up to 10 clients with no time limit. Please use the free plan to decide whether a paid plan suits your firm.

Cancellation

The firm owner can cancel at any time with “Cancel renewal” on the Account page, or by writing to support@filingo.in. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then the firm moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you keep every client and all history, but you cannot add new clients beyond the free limit, and extra staff cannot be invited, until you subscribe again.

Refunds

• Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the first payment. After that, yearly payments are not refundable.
• Monthly plans: not refundable; cancel to stop the next charge.
• Renewals: full refund if you ask within 7 days of an automatic renewal and have not used the paid features since.
• Charged twice or charged in error: always refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping and delivery

Filingo is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as payment succeeds.
